Thank you from the bottom of my heart
Throughout the year, you (our parishioners) work so hard in making our parishes a beautiful, welcoming, joyful, house of prayer a place where we and our visitors truly come to encounter Jesus.
It is through your sacrifice and ministry that the doors of our parishes have remained open.
As we celebrate Christmas, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all who do ministry in our parishes: the Altar servers, the Greeters and Ushers, the Extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, the Readers, the Choir, CWL, Knights of Columbus, St. Vincent de Paul, the money counters, those who decorate our Church and Altars, our Liturgy Committee, Catechists, Children’s Liturgy team, RCIA team, Shawn Campbell & school staff. There are so many who work behind the scene: those whose ministry is known to Jesus alone. How much I appreciate you for all that you do in our parishes. Thank you. God love you.
Thank you for helping me be your pastor. I can’t do it without you. Finally, I usually say that my secretary does the work and I get the credit. Melinda, our Secretary has been awesome: she is very dedicated and hardworking. Please join me to thank her. I extend my thanks to all our parish staff: Elmer Villar our Custodian for keeping our Parishes clean. Thanks, too, to Fatima Goncalves for all her effort in bringing our young ones to Jesus. To our amazing maintenance crew: Tony Cristini and Riccardo Pellizzari, we are ever grateful to you. Our Parish Council and Finance Committee, your dedication brings me joy. Mother Cynthia, we have all benefited from your beautiful ministry in our parishes and school. And to our brother Marcel, we love you: you make us smile and you are never tired of working for Jesus.
My dear friends, I can go on and on…. but all I really want to say is: from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
