My dear brothers and sisters,
Jesus Christ is Risen! Alleluia! Alleluia!
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy He has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” (1 Peter 1: 3)
Now, Lent is over and it is time to celebrate the victory of Jesus over death. May the joy of Jesus’ Resurrection fill our hearts and urge us to share it with everyone. For something wonderful has happened not only to Jesus but also to us – we have all risen to new life. And Jesus’ Resurrection from the dead offers us hope for a better future and inspires us to live lives of faith, love and service.
Let us pray that our faith in the Risen Jesus should motivate us to live our lives in a way that honors His Passion, Death and Resurrection, offering His love to the world. Thus, take time to reflect and pray with your family and love ones on the meaning of the Resurrection of Jesus – how it impacts your life at this time.
