We continue to have an URGENT need for accommodations for displaced Summerland residents. If you are able to open your home to help please contact the parish office at 250-492-3169.
The following supports are currently available at the Catholic Parishes of Penticton:
- St. John Vianney Parish is offering free meals for any first responders or evacuees. A lunch service will be offered from 10:30am until noon and a dinner service from 5:00-7:30pm. Location: In the hall at 361 Wade Ave. W.
- St. Ann’s Parish has a supply of donated items (clothes, toiletries, etc.) for those in need in hall. There are also some cots for those that do not have a place to sleep. Please, just stop by and grab what you need. Location: In the basement hall at 1296 Main St. – the parking lot is behind the church.
