Today we are called to believe that we are children of God. Who are we to stand in His way?
Today is a good day to review the 10 commandments:
- I am the Lord your God. You shall not have strange gods before Me
- You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain
- Remember to keep holy the Lord’s day
- Honour your father and mother
- You shall not kill
- You shall not commit adultery
- You shall not steal
- You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour
- You shall not covert your neighbour’s wife
- You shall not covet your neighbour’s goods
God gifted us with guidelines that mark us as his children; that allow us to enter into His kingdom. Perhaps look at your life through prayer today and examine what you are putting in His way and what is pulling you away from Him.
