November 2nd is All Souls Day. This day is of special significance to us Christians, where we remember our loved ones, friends & relatives who have left our earthly company. Throughout the month of November, the Church encourages us to offer as many Masses as we can for the purification of the souls departed. Christian charity demands that we be generous with our prayers for the souls departed. To add the names of family members, relatives or friends into the Book of Remembrance, see the instructions below. We will be mentioning their names at Mass on the weekdays and Sundays starting on All Saints Day (November 1st.)
If you want your request on a specific date in November, you may indicate a date & we will do our best to accommodate you when we can.
NOTE: There will be a ‘Celebration & Blessings’ at 10:30am at the Penticton Cemetery on Mon., Nov 2nd after the 9am Mass.
