Today we are invited to be encouraged by the Holy Spirit, stand up and be at peace.
Today is a good day to be active in prayer and have a peaceful family day. We are invited to pray unceasingly. This morning perhaps relax in the presence of family and have a special family breakfast and pray “Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them in the fire of your love.” This afternoon take time as family for a family activity. Pray one decade of the Rosary together. This evening perhaps find a family friendly movie, make some popcorn or special treat and put away the cell phone, computer or tablet and spend time together. Close the evening by praying the Lord’s Prayer.
