My dear beloved brothers and sisters,
Praise to you Lord Jesus Christ!
This weekend, Jesus is taken us at the wedding at Cana, the first miracle that Jesus preformed. (John 2: 1-12) Why did Jesus did the miracle with this newly wed? It is because Jesus want us to know that we are part of the family of God. As part of the family, our relationship to God is like a married covenant to Him. God will always be here for us for He is our God and we are His people, His children. God knows what we need, that is why miracles happen in our lives. There is always an invitation for us to be loyal and put our trust in Jesus. God knows us and he will be here with us to save us. We don’t forget our Blessed Mother Mary who forevermore helps us by leading us to Jesus, her Son. “Do whatever He tells you.” (John 2: 5) Thus, we renew our covenant to God this weekend by completely giving ourselves to Him with trust, gratitude, and love.
I also wanted to inform you that this coming Tuesday I am leaving for Mexico – Puerto Penasco, Sonara (not for a holiday). I am joining a group of students (Grades 10, 11 & 12) from the Catholic School (Immaculata Regional High School) in Kelowna, to build houses for least fortunate families. These are the photos of families and I ask you to include them in your prayers;
These families will experience miracle from God through us because they were selected to be the beneficiaries of the houses that we are building. AMEN.
