Fullness of Life

My dear brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ,

Praise to you Lord Jesus!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I have so many things to share with you.

First, I hope and pray that you will be specific in your gratitude and enumerate all of the blessings in your life, because, “every good endowment and every perfect gift is from above” (James 1:17). And I encourage you this Thanksgiving to thank God for who He is.

Second, I would like to personally thank you for all your prayers during this week for our study days with all the staff and educators of the schools in our diocese. Our gathering was entitled; “Renew and Rejoice”. It was a really good conference that lead us to revive our commit to serve and celebrate our calling to joy to our parishes, our schools and our diocese.

Third, this weekend, we are celebrating Our Lady of Fatima feast – our Blessed Mother Mary. I hope that you join us with all the activities – the procession on Saturday after 5pm Mass and Living Rosary. On Sunday after 11am Mass Potluck luncheon and documentary video with beverages and snacks.

Lastly, our readings this weekend invited us to come and enter to the Kingdom of God; we are all called to be there, God prepared that for us. There is a proverb that says, “All that glitters is not gold.” It means that not everything that looks precious turns out to be so. We have to be careful in our own choices in this life. At this point of your life, what are you really doing to enter into that Kingdom of God. It not that easy, but remember nothing is impossible with God. Hold on only to God. He calls us to life – life in its fullness – Eternal Life.

AMEN

God Loves You!
